Return Eligibility

The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The perfume must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The product must include all original accessories, labels, and the purchase receipt or order confirmation.
Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or tampered with are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used perfumes.
Products damaged due to customer misuse.
Items returned without their original packaging.
Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless they are defective or incorrect).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refund Process
